There are seven elements of an effective Compliance Plan for health care organizations according to the Office of Inspector General (OIG). One of the elements is to conduct internal monitoring and auditing. Guest presenter Pamela Warren will discuss how to determine what content areas to audit, how to evaluate risk, how to set up your audit process and how best to report your results to leadership.
