Hi, I am wondering if there is a time frame for which the prolonged service can be billed after the E&M face to face visit?

So patient was seen in January and the provider was just able to make contact with the other physician (psych), in April, related to the patients care.
    Is the 99358 still billable?
Any insight on this would be great. thanks
