Behavioral Health Conditions

When coding for a patient with substance use disorder, which of these conditions is the most severe, according to the ICD-10 Official Guidelines?

A patient’s chart notes that the patient uses marijuana. Should this automatically be coded as a substance use disorder?

Codes F02.80 and F2.81 are for dementia in other diseases classified elsewhere. There is a notation to “code first” the underlying condition. If a patient has dementia in other diseases classified elsewhere without a behavioral disturbance and Lew bodies, what is the correct reporting order?
