CY 2026 ushered in a revamp of the prior Endovascular Revascularization of the Lower Extremities (CPT® 37254-37299) to reflect current practices, complexities, and technology. During this educational webinar, we will explore the newly added “inframalleolar” vascular territory, new terminology utilized in the new CPT® codes, recap what services are inclusive in these codes, and identify opportunities for capture of additional procedures such as intravascular ultrasound and lithotripsy. Join us to check off the goal of learning something new today!

After the session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify relevant anatomy in the code assignment for revascularization procedures in the lower extremities
  • Describe recent changes to the calendar year 2026 CPT® code set
  • Determine potential areas of documentation improvement for new and revised codes
  • Assign CPT® codes for revascularization procedures in the lower extremities
