Fees for office visits are changing in 2021, along with the changed CPT guidelines for selecting a level of service. The chart below shows the national rates. These national rates aren’t adjusted for locality. Medicare rates vary based on Geographic Practice Cost Index, and Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) will post schedules for each location.
